Sealed Exercise 1: Part 1

I had an idea for doing a sealed pool poll thing, inspired by how the “rate the robots” poll did.

I did a sample 90-card cube sealed pool. Part 1 will be to rank the colors in it and the 2nd will cover what should go in it, splashes, etc. Let’s see how this goes. 🙂 An interesting 90 cards in this, 3 swords, a LOT of fast mana, etc. Not many green cards, but aside from that, it’s a nice 1st pool.

    black red aggresive looks to be the way to go. I think if on wanted one could splash white, for any of the following: Ajani, Armageddon, Balance, o-ring. Might try to talk my group into a sealed game some night when theres not as much drafting time, looks like fun!

    I think I’d go Black Red aggro, splash green for BBE and Pulse at the least

    I voted before seeing the text. I could not tell what some of the cards were and voted before reading all the card list. After looking again, this pool definitely goes UB. Look at all that mana acceleration, Titans are coming down on turn 4-5, we have Demonic Tutor for whatever card we are missing and Tinker for a possible Sundering Titan turn 1-3.

    Swords means that you are trying to maximise all of your 1-2CC dudes. Which means BR. White is tempting for Armageddon though.
